Spencer is a "people person" at heart. His goal is simple: to make your day exactly what you dreamed it would be—fun-filled, safe, and unforgettable.

A Legacy of Service & Island Expertise
Born and bred on the "Helen of the West Indies," Spencer Ambrose is a true patriot. His deep knowledge of St. Lucia was forged through a decade of service in the Royal St. Lucia Police Force and as a Forest Ranger. Having worked in every village and valley, Spencer doesn't just know the roads—he knows the soul of the island.

From the Road to the Reef: A 30-Year Journey
Since 1994, Spencer has provided premier hotel and airport transfers. In 2006, he expanded to personalized cruise excursions, and by 2010, his first speedboat took to the water, launching the legendary tours guests love today.

Family & Faith: The Core of the Journey
Family is at the core of everything Spencer does. He is devoted to his wife, Nympha, and together they raised two beautiful daughters.  Though his eldest daughter, Shequana, is no longer with us, her spirit remains a guiding light in his life and work. A committed Christian and a gifted singer, Spencer brings a joyful, authentic, and resilient spirit to every expedition.
Resilience and the Return to Paradise
When the global pandemic brought tourism to a standstill in 2020, Spencer faced his hardest chapter. He sold his first boat and turned to sand mining to provide for his family.  During this tumultuous time, he endured the heartbreaking loss of his daughter to the virus while battling the illness himself.  Near the brink of death, Spencer fought his way back, emerging with a renewed spirit and a miracle of survival.

By December 2021, a glimmer of hope emerged. After a challenging 22-month recovery, Spencer welcomed his first guests back aboard the Celebrity Silhouette. Today, Spencer and his professional team are back in full force, fueled by a renewed passion to share the breathtaking grandeur and allure of their tropical paradise with you.
