To ensure your safety and the best possible experience, we may occasionally need to adjust tours due to weather or group size...because your adventure is our priority!
Our Tour & Booking Policies
Spencer’s Safety & Cruise Guarantee
Safety First:
Speedboat Adventure's run Rain or Shine! As long as SLASPA deems conditions safe for maritime travel, our tours will proceed as scheduled.  However, if Spencer Ambrose Tours must cancel a tour due to severe weather, safety concerns, or low participant numbers, a full deposit refund is guaranteed.
Cruise & Travel Disruptions:
If your ship misses its port call, changes its itinerary, or if your plans are interrupted by global travel advisories, your deposit is 100% protected. In these cases, we will issue a Full Deposit Credit for any future St. Lucian adventure with us.
Cancellation & Refund Schedule
Small Tour Booking (1-9 Guests):
• Enjoy a full refund for cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to your tour date.
Private, Custom & Large Group Bookings (10+ Guests):
• 14+ Days Notice: Full Deposit Refund.
• Between 2-14 Days Notice: Subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
Last-Minute Cancellations (All Groups):
• Less than 48 hours: Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. This includes no-shows and day-of cancellations.
The Commitment to Your Experience:
We want your day with us to be the highlight of your vacation, which is why we begin preparations well before your arrival. Once booked, your spot is held exclusively for you. Late cancellations prevent us from filling "empty seats" and can impact our minimum participant requirements needed to run a tour. By the time you arrive, we have finalized guide schedules, committed to dedicated boat/vehicle charters (where applicable) and pre-ordered fresh lunches--costs that become non-refundable after the cancellation window. If you need to reschedule, we are happy to transfer your deposit to a future tour date provided the request is made outside of your applicable 48-hour or 14-day cancellation window.

Peace of Mind Planning:
Enjoy a full deposit refund for any cancellation made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled pickup or flight arrival time.
Our "No Traveler Left Behind" Promise:
Flight delayed? Don't worry! We will wait for you. We monitor flight arrivals in real-time to ensure you are greeted with a smile the moment you touch down.
Last-Minute Changes:
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable for "no-shows" or cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled arrival.
*Important Note on all Bookings:  Please be aware that prepaid online transaction fees are non-refundable and are not included in any tour or transfer deposit refunds. These fees are processed by a third-party payment provider at the time of booking.
CRUISE & GLOBAL HEALTH AND TRAVEL ADVISORIES:
At Spencer Ambrose Tours, your safety and peace of mind are our top priorities. If your arrival is prevented by factors outside your control—including ship itinerary changes, missed port calls, global health advisories, or large-scale travel interruptions—your deposit is 100% protected.  While these rare, large-scale instances are non-refundable, we will immediately issue a Full Tour Deposit Credit (including transaction fees). This credit never expires, ensuring your dream St. Lucian adventure is simply "on hold" until you are ready to explore with us again.
