We were a party of three people and our first time going with Spencer Tours. And we are so happy that we did!!
The speedboat ride, the mud bath, waterfall and lunch on the beach was amazing! The crew was so friendly and outgoing made everyone comfortable. We saw so much on the ride back it was very interesting and informative. Those boys jumping off the cliff was crazy.

We will definitely be going back to Spencer tours when we go back to St. Lucia. Thank you for your hospitality and making us feel like family.

Definitely a 5 star tour!!

We met Spencer and team right on the dock just a few yards from our ship and took off with a full group toward Soufriere right on time. Everything was as advertised, we went first to the mud bath and then to the waterfall to clean up and it was very refreshing. Then back to the boat and beautiful views of the Pitons followed by a great lunch and a couple of hours at Jalousie beach. There was plenty of time to snorkel (not the best snorkeling day but we did see a few fish). Then a great fast ride back to Castries and just a very short walk to our ship. It’s hard to imagine seeing so much of St. Lucia in just a few hours without the help of Spencer’s team and the logistics they have set up. It’s really a great operation considering all they put into it for this price. I highly recommend taking this tour to anyone headed for St. Lucia. It was one of the highlights of our cruise!

My family of 4 (kids aged 12 and 9) absolutely loved this day trip with Spencer and his team. Everything was well organized and thought out (including a focus on safety). The mud baths are a MUST DO experience for anybody looking for something different. As a travel agent, I am very critical of the service provided by local tour operators, but I will definitely be recommending Spencer’s tour to all of my clients visiting St Lucia.

The first leg of our trip was cancelled due a very strong current which would have made it difficult to snorkel, so we spent the majority of the day at Sugar Beach which was the second leg of the trip. The snorkeling at the Marine Park (right side) was quite good (bring water shoes because the rocks will hurt barefoot!!). The beach to the left for swimming is also very nice with some snorkeling opportunities because the floor is mostly vegetation and not sandy. The beach is located between the two Pitons which is very scenic. The staff, which included the owner’s daughter were very nice and the lunch and unlimited drinks (rum punch was quite strong) made for a perfect day. I would definitely book with this operator again if I were to visit St. Lucia again.

We saw so much and it was an amazing experience. The tour guides were very knowledgeable and the included lunch is sooo yummy. This tour was THE BEST by land and by sea. You take a beautiful scenic boat ride to and from the ship/town and also get to see the highlights on land. You spend just the right amount of time at each place.

We couldn’t have asked for a better tour!! From the time they picked us up till we got back it was non stop fun in the sun. Spencer went above and beyond to make sure we got some of the island favorite “Banana ketchup”. I would highly recommend this tour and it will become a must for us when we return to the beautiful island of St. Lucia

We were a group of four along with other groups. All of the groups had at least one traveler with physical needs. Spencer, Lucky, and She She were very helpful and attentive and everyone was able to enjoy our boat ride and beach trip with no problems. We had an absolutely delicious fresh lunch prepared just for us on the beach by a lovely local lady. Everyone who works for Spencer is kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and rightly proud of their gorgeous nation!

We booked the Spencer’s Snorkelling Adventure and everything about the experience was excellent. We were taken to 2 dive sites and the snorkelling was amazing. We also taken by high speed boat to two beautiful beaches and on the last beach Sugar Bay we were served a lovely lunch. All the staff from the boat driver, tour guide and cook were friendly, helpful and did their utmost to make sure we had an enjoyable day. I would definitely book another trip with them when we are next in St Lucia.

WOW!! What a day. We were so Leary to book an excursion off the ship but so glad we did!!!

We had the best day ever visiting the Volcano, waterfalls, Pitons, snorkeling (saw beautiful coral, fish, eels, squid, and so many other fabulous things)…it was a day we will never forget!! We have taken 11 cruises and this was by far our favorite one yet! And St Lucia…AMAZING❤️

We scheduled a full day trip in St. Lucia for our 3-generation family of 7 ages 9-75yrs. with Spencer Ambrose Tours. We chose their full-day Land/Sea Tour as we love the water, swimming and snorkeling but also wanted to see some other parts of the island and meet some local people too. Spencer Ambrose Tours responsed to our emails was immediate and always very helpful. And it was a wonderful decision!

We met She-She, our guide and Spencer Ambrose’s daughter, immediately at the location described in their email to us, and while we had to wait about 20 minutes for another group to get there she and I had a nice discussion. We then walked to a neighboring dock and got on one of two boats they had that day, meeting our driver, and the driver of the second boat, both very friendly and funny. One was She-She’s father and one her uncle. We started our day with a fun and interesting boat tour of the coast and some lovely small coves with beautiful houses. Heading to other end of the island we disembarked in Soufriere and loaded into a couple of mini-vans. Our family had our own van together and She-She stayed with us all day. The vans drove us to the volcano where we walked up to see the bubbling pools of mud, swim in Toraille Waterfall and get a botanical tour of the locally grown produce as we passed the banana and nut trees. We reloaded the boats and continued on water for our two hour stay at Jalousie/Sugar Beach.

The beach wasn’t crowded while we were there so there were enough beach chairs and a little shade for us to sit by the end of the beach where the snorkeling was. This is where we ate our grilled lunch of BBQ chicken and locally grown vegetables and salads, wonderful freshly picked fruits like mangos and bananas, better tasting than any we had ever had before. We swam and snorkeled under the Pitons.

And on our boat return heading back towards the cruise ship we toured additional areas of the coastline seeing some caves and an lovely land bridge out into the water, complete with some very young cliff divers.

Everything about this trip was well planned, and organized. The few delays caused by unforeseen problems were not a problem for us, and She-she and Spencer managed them very well. We were even treated to warm light rain on the water which didn’t dampened our spirits and were rewarded with a beautiful, long rainbow at as we headed back to our cruise ship.

While the tour initially seemed pricey, it was the only full-day tour of our cruise, and we all felt it was the best day of the whole week. I, and we, strongly recommend this tour of this lovely island, its land and its sea. Thank you She-She, Spencer, and all your wonderful staff. It was a wonderful experience.
